The Laurel Eye Clinic, a premier high volume surgical practice with several locations throughout western and central Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time medical optometrist in the Altoona, PA area. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a busy, multi-specialty practice while working directly with Ophthalmologists. The ideal candidate must be hard-working, willing to travel, motivated, and be driven by patient-centered care. We seek a clinically skilled candidate that would manage medical eye conditions, perform specialized testing, pre and post-operative care for refractive and cataract patients, along with routine eye care. The Laurel Eye Clinic operates an optical boutique and an ambulatory surgery center, Laurel Laser & Surgery Center, from this location.
A competitive compensation package is offered along with future ownership potential. Applicants must possess a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited school of optometry and be licensed to practice optometry in the state of PA.
